• Utilities

  • There are a few utility companies out there, but we hear back from our owners and tenants constantly that enmax is the easiest for them to deal with. It's a one stop shop for all your utility needs.

  • Telus, Rogers, or Bell is the big discussion here, and almost always its better to go with the one who currently have a mobile phone with. If you don't have a mobile yet in the city, then any of the providers will do.

• Phone

  • Does anyone use a home phone anymore? If so the same people who do your interent will be able to take care of you. 

 

 

We suggest you get these done before you move in, just in case there is any problem. We wouldn't want you to move in to a great new place, but have no lights.
